研究历经三年追踪,对四个扶贫社会组织的产生与发展历程进行梳理,运用多案例比较的方法,探索这些组织在生命周期不同阶段采取的不同生存发展策略,如何影响组织生命力和组织发展走向。研究得出如下结论:一是社会组织的生命并非从生到死的单向道,也能够经蜕变实现新生,组织生命得以循环;二是社会组织要把握大局,确定组织使命,提高能力避免资源依赖,争取多方支持实现协同发展,保持使命、能力与支持三者之间的适当平衡,有望实现组织的基业长青,推进社会治理,增加社会福祉。
<<NPOs are major parts of social system and are of vital importance to the development of social innovation. This paper summaries four kinds of NPOs and discusses their process of development and strategies from the perspective of life cycle by multi-cases method. After field researches into different NPOs’ life cycles,the paper draw the following conclusions:1) NPOs can cycle their lives by metamorphosing;2) the balance of NPOs’ mission,ability and support is the basic of building to last,which can promote social government and increase well-being. The paper suggests that actions should be made to strengthen the engagement of social innovation,release NPOs’ vitality,improve the social-government relationship and build innovative mechanisms.
