Volunteer service is an important way in which common people participate in public affairs，meet the needs of society and solve social problems. Volunteers are not only significant human resources but also important social capital. The effective professional management will greatly promote the service performance and the level of voluntary service units，and realize the sustainable development of voluntary service. Undoubtedly，it will play an important role in the development of the volunteers and the cultivation of the volunteer spirit. In Taiwan province，the development of voluntary service has been matured and volunteers contribute a lot in every field of public service，for Taiwan has not only relatively perfect laws and regulations，but also a set of relatively mature management system. This paper introduces in detail of Taiwan’s volunteers management practice，and puts forward the countermeasures of improving the volunteers management.
