The incubation of social organization and the construction of relationship among the government，market and society are the key points in the transformation of modern China. This dissertation is going to focus on the case of Dashilar in Qianmen. Through the interviewing and observation method，the author is going to expose the interaction among government，state-owned enterprise and social organization，classify of the living social organization in Dashilar and try to highlight the problems in the development of social organization. Finally，showing the logic of sociological intervention experiment in Dashilar and giving some advices from the field experience.
