The third debt Crisis that broke out in 2015 brought about great shocks not only to Greece but to the whole Eurozone. This paper provides an analysis of the causes for the Crisis that burst in Greece for a third time，the changing attitudes of the creditors and debtors，and the main points of the third bail-out package. In the last part，this paper makes an estimate about the further development of the Greek debt crisis in 2016 and the possible negative impacts that the Crisis may lead to.
