2015年,中国政务新媒体总体发展稳健,在上年覆盖式发展的基础上,数量、质量与空间结构齐升;“两微一端”构架成标配,并走向新的“矩阵式”和更深融合;“微观到底”与“宏观到顶”的全功能政务应用落地并发展;大数据云计算等新杠杆撬动下的“政务云”孵化方兴未艾。同时,“最后一公里”的基层领域将成为政务新媒体的新增长极;政务机构与内容分发商、云计算技术服务商等多方的跨域协作趋势将凸显,政务大数据全局性应用前景与潜力之“大势”将初现。而政务媒体资源的闲置、政务“数字鸿沟”的扩大、政务新媒体的“传媒+社交”双重属性认知的不够等问题,需要引起重视。
