中国的新媒体版权保护在2015年发生了诸多变化，本文从版权交易、版权侵权和版权保护三个方面进行了梳理。同时，针对新媒体版权保护在立法司法、交易评估和民众习惯几个方面存在的问题，从司法、行政、社会、传统媒体和新媒体几个角度提出了保护优化建议。
<<Many changes have hAppened in copyright protection of new media in china at the year of 2015，which was generalized from transaction，infringement and protection of copyright in this paper. Next，according the problems of judicial legislation，transaction evaluation and public custom in copyright protection of new media，some optimum suggestions of judicial，administrative，social，traditional media and new media were raised.
