本研究以创新扩散理论为指导,通过对七大重要学术期刊库和《人民日报》图文数据库进行数据统计,解析大数据这一创新应用的扩散轨迹和发展阶段。针对当前大数据的发展与应用现状,本研究选取了北京、上海、深圳、武汉30名不同年龄、行业、学历的受访者进行非结构化深度访谈,对当前个人信息安全与隐私保护进行研究。为进一步验证假设,本研究随机抽样调查500人,回收有效问卷431份。通过研究证实,通过媒介“劝服”,人们已基本接受大数据这一创新应用,但大数据的良性发展,需高度重视人文关怀,不断优化和提升个人数据信息安全与隐私保护机制。本文最后对当前存在的问题提出了一些对策和解决方案。
<<Through statistics of the seven important academic journals libraries and the people’s daily database,this paper studies the diffusion and development process of Big data based on Innovations Diffusion Theory. It tests the hypothesis by unstructured in-depth interviews with 30 interviewees who are from Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Wuhan with different background. In order to verify the hypothesis further,it surveys a random sampling of 500 with 431 valid samples. It finally confirms that after media’s persuasion for several years,people have accepted this new Application,but it needs to pay more attention on humanity in the process of its diffusion and Application,especially the mechanism of personal data security and privacy protection. At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and solutions to the problems.
