“十二五”期间,中国企事业文化建设趋于稳定有序,从以前的初步框架过渡到深化整合阶段。中国企事业文化建设在其制度环境、理论研究、实践途径、体系形成等方面都取得了相当的进展,但也存在内部建设与外部建设失衡、缺乏有自身特色的理论、文化建设的层次不清等问题。要解决这些问题,就必须深化企事业单位的体制改革,大力发展立足于传统文化、有中国特色的企事业文化理论,并完善其实践体系。
<<During ‘12th five-year plan’period,cultural construction of enterprises and institutions of China has come to be stable and orderly,and advanced from its previous preliminary framework to the stage of deepening and conformity. cultural construction of enterprises and institutions of China has greatly developed in the respects of its institutional environment,study of theories,practical ways,and formation of system,etc,but it also had problems regarding to unbalance between external construction and internal construction,lack of having-own-characteristics theories,and levels of cultural construction being unclear. The solution consists of deepening reform of systems for enterprises and institutions,developing cultural theories on enterprises and institutions which can demonstrate Chinese characteristics based on traditional culture,and completing practical systems for cultural construction of enterprises and institutions.
