Trans-regional and transnational infrastructure construction is the expansion of infrastructure projects in Africa in recent years, but also an important measure to promote the development of Africa. There are many similarities and differences between the two in promoting the development of Africa. On the one hand, in recent years, infrastructure construction in Africa has made positive achievements in promoting economic growth and social development, and also has been recognized by the international community. On the other hand, to realize the sustainable development of Africa, to solve the problem of resource allocation and market localization between countries, we need to promote the construction of cross-border inter regional infrastructure. Due to the shortage of cross-border inter regional infrastructure, many countries are in a state of fragmentation, transport costs are very high, which is not conducive to the efficient allocation of the market. Cross border infrastructure is an important measure to deepen infrastructure construction in Africa and promote regional market development. The international community has a full understanding of this.
