At the beginning of twenty-first Century, the economic development in the Middle East faced a new development environment. The further development of economic globalization, international oil prices, environmental and sustainable development issues become more prominent, has brought great opportunities for the economic development of the Middle East countries, but also put forward serious challenge for them.
