For the insurance of well traffic transfer，and regional development injection，the surrounding urban traffic of Beijing rail transit hubs should be improved. With the investigation of the 13 built hubs in Beijing，the self reasons and external influence factors could be analysis. The adjustment and optimization countermeasures and methods were studied，including，the improvement of the urban traffic capacity and use efficiency around the hubs，the perfection of the connect space among urban streets，the hubs，and the surrounding important buildings，the adjustment of the development modes of the streets，the optimization of the urban road network system and the road levels distributions，as well as the strengthen of the effective management of the usage of the surrounding urban streets.
