As a famous historical and cultural blocks，Nanluoguxiang has become a place of cultural gathering that tourists must visit in Beijing and it also has an enormous room for creative development. This paper states Nanluoguxiang’s main cultural tourism resources and its characteristics on the basis of introducing overview，then it comprehensively analyzes the current situation of creative development of cultural tourism on field investigation and points out the main problems. Finally，it puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
