街道办事处的绩效水平直接关系着政策的落实和政府形象的塑造,因此建立城市街道办事处绩效评价体系至关重要。本文在深入研究绩效评价相关理论和“平衡计分卡中国化模式”实践经验的基础上,针对现阶段我国城市街道办事处绩效评价中存在的问题与不足,以北京市M街道办事处为例,努力探索符合我国城市街道办事处战略发展的绩效评价体系,以期给我国城市基层组织建设与发展提供相关借鉴。
<<The performance level of the sub-district office is directly related to the implementation of the policy and the government image in city,so it is very important to establish the performance appraisal system of the sub-district office. Based on in-depth study of the performance appraisal theory and the practice experience of “balanced scorecard in China”,the paper tries to probe into the strategic performance appraisal system of sub-district office in China,in order to provide a reference for the construction and development of Beijing city.
