In the Iraq war in 2003,Iraq carried out the national total war mobilization. The total amount of mobilization in Iraq is higher in 8 percentage points higher than the last Gulf War and is 23.3 times of the amount of the US-UK alliance. But it still collapsed. The lessons of Iraq's failure in the military are many, one of the most important issues is that the mobilization of the war in Iraq is very weak, there are many lessons to be learned. It includes: decision making mistakes, command out of control; weak political mobilization; the lax mobilization organization; single mode of mobilization; civil defense mobilization protection ability is weak; the potential of economic mobilization is insufficient.
