2014年,全国城乡文化消费需求继续保持高增长:总量增长14。80%,达到14915。39亿元;人均值增长14。22%,达到1093。29元。以人均值衡量,城乡文化消费增长显著高于产值增长,显著高于城乡居民收入增长,略微低于总消费增长,显著高于积蓄增长。文化消费城乡差距比上年缩小46。85%,各省域间城乡文化消费地区差距比上年缩小9。50%。2014年全国总体城乡综合景气指数测算:1994年以来的20年纵向测评、1999年以来的15年纵向测评、2004年以来的10年纵向测评、2009年以来的5年纵向测评、一年以来的纵向测评皆显著高于基数值;城乡、地区无差距年度横向测评较明显低于理想值,原因在于城乡差距、地区差距虽明显缩小但依旧存在。
<<In 2014,the countrywide overall cultural consumption demand in urban and rural areas continued to maintain high growth:total cultural consumption went up by 14.80%,reaching 1491.539 billion yuan;the per capita value went up by 14.22%,reaching 1093.29 yuan. As measured by per capita value,the annual growth of cultural consumption in urban and rural areas was significantly higher than the GDP growth,remarkably higher than the residents’ income growth and slightly lower than the total consumption growth,also significantly higher than the savings growth. The disparity in cultural consumption between urban and rural areas shrank by 46.85%;the regional gap of cultural consumption in urban and rural areas among various provinces shrank by 9.50% over the previous year. The status evaluations of countrywide overall cultural consumption demand in urban and rural areas in 2014 are as follows:the value of vertical evaluation is remarkably higher than the base value since the period of firstly five-year,the period of secondly five-year,the period of thirdly five-year,the period of fourly five-year and the previous year;the annual lateral evaluation without urban-rural and regional gaps is certainly lower than the ideal value,because of the continuous existing disparity of the urban-rural and the regional gaps.
