知识产权司法“三审合一”改革提升了审判的专业化水平，提高了司法效率，降低了司法成本，是我国司法改革的重要组成部分。近年来，河南突出“三审合一”的专业优势，在民事案件中注重调判结合，在刑事案件中注重证据审查的专业性和规范性，加大对知识产权犯罪的打击力度。要进一步深入推进“三审合一”改革，必须明确“三审合一”改革的法律依据，完善“三审合一”需要的人才培养机制，以在郑州建立知识产权法院为发展方向。
<<Three trial in one reform of Intellectual property Cases enhances the professional level of the trial，improve judicial efficiency，reduce the cost of justice. It is an important part of the judicial reform in China. In recent years，Henan court system outstanding professional advantages，both in civil cases and criminal cases. The next step，in order to further promote the three trial in one reform，we must enhance the legal basis of this reform，improve the personnel training mechanism，and make the establishment of intellectual property court in Zhengzhou as the direction of development.
