The practices of conditional non-prosecution in Beijing are introduced in this paper. It is characterized by outstanding local legislation and organization，as well as co-operation with the developed communities. However，The practices of conditional non-prosecution might not develop well because of the inappropriate application，unclear supervision and inefficient administration. Hereby the suggestions are submitted in order that more reforms could be done in the future.
