“十二五”时期北京市网格化社会服务管理体系初步建成,同传统的社会服务管理手段相比,网格化服务管理适应了新形势、新任务的要求,更加积极、主动、自觉,具有权责范围清晰化、信息资源共享化、力量资源整合化、服务管理高效化、社会效益综合化等突出特点,但也存在着个别人认识模糊不清、法律法规滞后、监督评价机制不健全、网格管理员的业务素质不高、社会组织和社会单位参与不够、在信息系统建设方面缺乏全市统一的标准等问题,下一步应重点抓好创新理念、加快相关的立法进程、创新监督评价体系等项工作。
<<Beijing gridded social service management system initially built,compared with traditional social service management tools,grid service management adapted to the new situation and new tasks,more positive,proactive,conscious,with clear terms of reference and information resource sharing technology,power resource integration,service management more efficient,social integration and other prominent features,but there are few people understand vague laws and regulations lag,supervision and evaluation mechanism not perfect,business is not high quality grid administrators,social organizations and social units involved,lack of uniform standards for the city’s problems in information system building,the next step should focus on innovative ideas,speed up the legislative process related to innovation supervision and evaluation system and other work.
