Under the background of China’s urbanization process accelerated，more and more rural youth flow into the city to seek development opportunity，forming a large number of youth floating population. Urban floating people contribute labor and wisdom to the social construction of destination，at the same time，they face the problem of continuous socialization and improve their adaptive ability to integrate into the mainstream society. After years of practical exploration，Beijing “Community Youth Club” mode has achieved good results in service young urban mobility. However，in the process of development it also exposed many realistic problems，such as lack of professionalization degree of social worker，weak attractive of the social work posts and low ability of independent operation of the Youth Club，which need to explore in terms of system design in future.
