本文以北京感恩公益基金会为例,分析北京社会组织提供公共服务的具体内容、供给方式和效果,从公共服务理念、资源动员、服务方式、服务人群四个方面展示社会组织参与公共服务供给如何创新社会治理体制机制,随后分析其面临的人员、社会氛围和政策环境挑战,并从领导重视、法律制定完善、人才培养的部门协同等方面提出了具体建议。
<<Based on the study on the case of Beijing GanenFund,the article gives a picture of the context,method and outcomes of public service supplied by Beijing Social Organization(BSO),and analysis the innovations of public service inspired by BSO in the view of service orientation,resource mobilization,service mode and objects. Finally,the paper outlines the challenges of human resource,social atmosphere and policy environment and the suggestions of causing the attention of leaders,legislation and improvement of law,as well as personnel training in the future development of BSO.
