职业规划是大学生对自己今后的工作与生活的预期社会化的准备。当代社会是极速转型的社会。人们的自我观念不断重塑，与此同时，社会环境日益变化，这些都加大了大学生职业规划与职业适应的难度，从而导致许多大学生毕业后面临职业方面的再社会化问题。最后，提出如下化解思路：第一，加强大学生自我认识；第二，推进大学生对职业生涯规划的主动性，提供手段与内容丰富的职业生涯规划；第三，创建社会职业的多元化格局；第四，促进劳动领域的自由流动等。
<<College students’ career planning that is an anticipatory preparation of socialization aims for their future work. Contemporary society is a society that changes in transitional speed. Individuals are continuing to reshape their self-concept，at the same time，the changing social environment results in difficulty for college students to make their career planning and this may leads to the fact that they are not able to adjust to the changing society. Such ideas are put forward to resolve the problem：First is to strengthen students’ self-understanding；second，the 2nd is to promote the initiative for career planning which means to provide rich ways for career planning；and the third is to create a diversified pattern of professional opportunities. The fourth is to promote the free flow of labor opportunities.
