To promote government purchasing services，improve the government’s public services，give full play to the market and social forces，and effectively improve the level and efficiency of public service，is an important measure to strengthen and innovate social governance. From local practice to top-level design，as a way of government reform，government purchase service has become an important tool to deal with the relationship between government and market，government and society. In recent years，the local government of our country has carried on the positive exploration；it has accumulated some valuable experience. However，due to the late start of China’s government purchase services，and the existing research mainly concentrated in the economically developed eastern coastal areas and seldom to the western region of the government. Therefore，to combined with the actual situation of government purchasing services in Chengdu W district，this study will analysis and sum up the experience and problems of the government purchase services，so as to provide a reference for the development of theory and practice about government purchasing services in future.
