    日本“入常”公关动态分析

    摘要

    近年来,日本积极公关,欲借联合国成立70周年和日本加入联合国60周年之机,实现“入常”夙愿。日本首相安倍自第二次上台以来,将“入常”公关与“战略外交”密切结合,大力拉拢相关国家,在争取各国支持日本“入常”的同时,为本国在国际交往中争取更多外交资源和外交空间。日本政府更加重视改变战后以来日本的战败国形象,突出核爆受害者形象,力图通过各种公关手段,为自己塑造出一个讲贡献、重责任的国际形象。

    Abstract

    In recent years,Japan,taking advantage of the 70th anniversary of the UN and the 60th anniversary of Japan’s joining the UN,has worked actively in the PR for the permanent membership of UN Security Council. Since Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe took office for the second time,Japan has integrated its diplomatic PR for becoming a permanent member of the UN security council with its national strategic diplomacy,attempting vigorously to draw support from relevant countries and seeking for more diplomatic resources and space for its international communication. Japanese government puts more emphasis on rebuilding its national image as the defeated country and victim in the atom bombing in WWII,as well as a country of contribution and responsibility in post-war era through various means of diplomatic PR.
