Housing is the first step for peasant workers' citizenization.Urban houses,however,are usually in short supply during rapid urbanization.There are two ways to meet house needs of peasant workers: one is to integrate peasant workers into urban public housing system,the other is to support them to utilize rural houses around cities.Rural houses in or around a city are enough to meet peasant workers' needs.Urban governments should pay more attention to rural houses and try to normalize rental market. <<
