随着信息时代的到来，信息经济正成为经济增长的强劲动力。与此同时，基于信息技术的智慧城市引领着城市新变革，成为城市未来的发展趋势，二者之间应该形成一种互动关系。本文基于杭州市信息经济和智慧城市发展的现状，提出了二者融合发展的模式与建议。

Meanwhile，the smart city is leading the new reform of the city based on the information economy to become a future development trend of the city. There should be an interactive relationship between the information economy and the smart city. The paper proposes the integration development mode and the suggestion on the basis of the development status of the information economy and the smart city of Hangzhou.
