This article reviews the trend of national trade efficiency in Poland from 2005 to 2014, including the efficiency of domestic trade, international trade efficiency, as well as the various elements of the trend. The review provides the basis for the analysis of exploring the Polish national future trade development driving and influencing factors, also provides the corresponding data support for further promotion of the "Chongqing - Poland" and "China - Poland" trade development. Firstly, Poland's national trade efficiency showed a fluctuation tendency, which the world financial crisis in 2008 massively reduce the efficiency of the country's trade, but in recent years it gradually increased, the domestic trade efficiency and trade efficiency positive contribution rate is the same. Secondly, Poland's domestic trade efficiency generally presents an upward trend, among which the trade technical efficiency contribution rate is the highest. Finally, Poland's international trade efficiency showed a downward trend, in which the highest degree of contribution in the degree of opening up. <<
