This article reviews the trend of national trade efficiency in Latvia from 2005 to 2014, including the efficiency of domestic trade, international trade efficiency, as well as the various elements of the trend. The review provides the basis for the analysis of exploring the Latvian national future trade development driving and influencing factors, also provides the corresponding data support for further promotion of the "Chongqing - Latvia" and "China - Latvia" trade development. Firstly, Latvia's national trade efficiency generally showed a steady trend, in which international trade efficiency is the highest contribution rate. Secondly, Latvia's domestic trade efficiency is on the rise, in which the trade system efficiency and technical efficiency has a significant negative effect. Finally, Latvia's international trade efficiency is the first decline in the upward trend, in which the rate of opening up to the outside world is the highest. <<
