Compared with the high-speed development of commercial real estate from 2010 to 2011 in China,the commercial real estate market remained active in 2012,but it has experienced a remarkable speed reduction in the total investment growth,the floor space growth of buildings started slowly,the office buildings market and the houses for business use market has shown a structural differences,and the regional development is also unbalanced and highly concentrated.In 2013 and the future,China's commercial real estate market would show a new trend adjustment.
