The report of the 18th Party Congress states that “we should intensify specific education and management of outstanding problems concerning morality，and strengthen the development of political credibility，business credibility，social credibility，and judiciary credibility”. Credibility is the bedrock of modern market economy，and the development of credibility system has drawn wide social attention. Anhui provincial government has particularly emphasized the development of the province’s credibility system，and made efforts to build a “credible Anhui”. This article first makes a comprehensive and objective analysis of the current development of credibility system in Anhui，points out inadequacies and difficulties in the process，and then proposes methods to overcome the difficulties as well as outlook on its future development.
