This guide discusses the rights protection of persons with disabilities in pre-trial detention under the framework of CRPD and Criminal Procedural Law of China，including how detention center should recognize the needs of detainees with disabilities at each stage of detention，provide accessible facilities and reasonable accommodations for them，and ensure their equal access to information in regard to their procedural rights and access to lawyers. It proposes for the cooperation among governmental departments，as well as among governmental organs，people’s organizations and social organizations to protect the rights of persons with disabilities in pre-trial detention.
