This paper begins with reviewing economic and trade development in 2015，and points out that Sino-Japanese relationship has improved，but saw many complications and difficulties，which continued to hamper economic and trade cooperation. Bilateral trade expansion slowed down obviously，and investment and skilled intern collaborations decreased significantly. There were still severe challenges to multi-level，broad scope，and mutually beneficial China-Japan economic and trade cooperation. For Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation outlook in 2016，this paper recommends both countries to stand at a new historical starting point，focus on long term and overall interests，and have more confidence and resolution overcome difficulties，disturbances，and obstacles，based on the existing results and continued to work together，to put the mutually beneficial relationship and economic and trade cooperation back in the right track.
