At present，the supply side structural reform promotes comprehensively Henan should seizes the policy opportunities and use the market mechanism and policy guidance comprehensively to help energy raw material industry overcome difficulties. With coal as an example，this paper analyzed the reasons of Henan energy raw materials trapped and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
