The deep development of Henan Manufacturing Cluster has urgently required to strengthen the identification of industrial clusters and quantitative structure characteristics. The paper utilizes the input and output data in 2012 in Henan Province with principal component factors and related industries to identify for manufacturing industries about industry cluster. And then analyze the structural features identified in each manufacturing clusters. It uses DEA method to analyze the effectiveness of its input and output. Finally，it provides the solutions towards upgrading of industrial clusters in Henan Province.
