Servitization has been an obvious trend all over the world. Recently，China issued the “made in China 2025”，we should adhere to the structural adjustment as a key link in the construction of manufacturing power，to promote the transition from product-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing. Servitization is the main path to upgrade the industry structure and build advanced manufacturing province，carefully study the present situation and the existing problems of manufacturing industry development，can provide appropriate and reasonable and feasible policy recommendations and countermeasures for Henan province.
