Chinese economic and social development has entered a critical period with the need of scientific development, transformation development and leapfrog development. Facing to the tight constraints of resource and environment carrying capacity, the green development will be the core content for China's scientific development and transformation development. Coordinating development between the urban and rural areas will provide a valid path to the green development of region and city in China. At present, the central and local governments at all levels has continued to promote green development of urban and rural areas through various policies, and the in-depth practice and exploration of the urban and rural green development have also been carried out. In the future, it is need to construct the urban and rural green industrial system, strengthen the institution, mechanism and criterion constriction to coordinate the green development between the urban and rural areas. <<
