In 2015，on the basis of last year，new breakthroughs have been made in the protection of and passing on Beijing’s intangible cultural heritage in the field of resource utilization，practice of industrialization and socialization，and update of thinking mode，etc. During this year，Internet Plus，Integration of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei，Shared by the whole people，etc，become the key words of the protection of and passing on Beijing’s intangible cultural heritage，and become the key elements of cultural development. Generally speaking，the main problem in the protection of and passing on Beijing’s intangible cultural heritage is that multiple contradictions exist at the same time，but lack reasonable and effective way to solve them. Only if clarify the relationship which staggered tangles，and deal with all kinds of contradictions effectively，can we maintain a healthy cultural ecology，and promote the continuous development of construction of intangible cultural heritage.
