北京市政府近年来陆续推出一系列促进文化消费的政策。其中,惠民文化消费季和文化惠民卡是最重要的两个品牌项目。2015年是惠民文化政策实施的第三年,北京市举办第三届惠民文化消费季活动,并继续推行文化惠民卡工程,取得了不少突破,但也存在着一些问题。需要结合惠民文化消费季和文惠卡的经验,进一步完善惠民文化消费政策。
<<Beijing municipal government has launched a series of policies to promote cultural consumption recent years,among which,the Beijing Cultural Consumption Season and Beijing CULTURE-EASY Card are two most important brand projects. 2015 is the third year since the People-benefit Cultural Policy released. In this year,Beijing held the 3rd Cultural Consumption Season,and continue to promote Beijing CULTURE-EASY Card project,achieved many breakthroughs,but there are also some problems. The government should combined with experience in promoting Beijing Cultural Consumption Season and Beijing CULTURE-EASY Card,to further improve the People-benefit Cultural Policy.
