2005～2015年，是北京文化创意产业发展史上最重要的十年。本报告从发展脉络、总体情况、集聚区和企业四个方面回顾了十年来文化创意产业取得的巨大成就，总结十年发展经验，指出其中的不足，并结合文创产业促进体系建设十年的经验，提出进一步完善产业促进体系的建议。
<<The period between 2005 and 2015 is the most important 10 years in the history of Beijing cultural and creative industry. This report reviews the tremendous achievements in overall development，cluster areas and company development in the past 10 years and summarizes the experiences and weak areas. It also put forward proposals on further development of promotion system of the cultural and creative industry.
