This report analyzes the action of museums on America’s urban development，then further analyzes the management concept，management method，services and successful experiences. This report gives comparative analysis on museum services between Beijing and key cities in America. Based on the successful experiences from America，this report also proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the Beijing museum services.
