In the year of 2015，Beijing continues to get a full range of advance in culture development，especially the culture development under the rule of law. With constructing the culture infrastructure，protecting the cultural rights and promoting the regional coordinated development in culture，all have promoted the development of Beijing’s culture under the rule of law. However，in the process of specific cultural construction，such as cultural heritage protection，cyber space management and tourism culture cultivation，there are still numerous issues to be settled with. Regulations of cultural management still need to be improved and the government and society should continue to promote the consciousness of rule of law.
