As a representative of the creative economy，the makerspace has a a rapid development speed in China. In order to promote the innovation of the city，Beijing actively cultivates makerspace and form a certain scale. But there is also a policy of “speculation”；registration mechanism is imperfect，lack of funds and so on. The development of the alliance and strengthening the education，protection of intellectual property rights，and to explore the incentive mechanism，is feasible way to promote the development of Beijing urban transformation
