本文利用舆情监测平台的数据分析了2007~2014年中国食品安全网络舆情的发展趋势,并基于内容分析法探究食品安全网络舆情中政府、媒体、网民等主体的行为特征和食品安全事件等客体的风险特征。2007~2014年中国食品安全网络舆情经历了4个阶段,但对网络舆情主体的行为特征的研究表明,食品安全网络舆情环境并没有发生本质的变化。政府在曝光食品安全事件方面发挥着重要作用,但网民对政府的信任程度低。对食品安全网络舆情客体的风险特征的研究表明,2011~2014年食品安全事件的风险特征十分明显,肉及肉制品、乳制品等是发生食品安全事件的主要食品种类,添加剂或食用物质的滥用等人源性因素是我国食品安全事件频发的主要原因,食品安全事件主要发生在加工环节,大中型食品企业是主要的食品安全事件责任主体,广东省、北京市、江苏省等经济发达的东部沿海地区是食品安全事件的主要发生地区。对此,本文提出了相应的政策建议。
<<We analysed the trend of food safety network public opinion in China during 2007-2014 by using the data of network public opinion monitoring platform. Based on content analysis,we then explored the main bodies’ behavior characteristics,such as the government the media and internet users,and the object-food safety incidents’ risk characteristics of food safety network public opinion in China. The network public opinion of food safety in 2007-2014 has experienced four stages,but the research on main bodies’ behavior characteristics showed that the environment of food safety network public opinion has not changed;government plays an important role in the exposure of food safety incidents,but Internet users don’t trust them. Research on the object of network public opinion showed that food safety incidents’ risk characteristics are obvious in 2011-2014. We also found that meat and its products,dairy products and others are the major food types of food safety incidents;the abuse of additive or substance abuse is the main reason of food safety incidents in China;food safety incidents mainly occurred in the processing period;large and medium food enterprises are the main responsibility bodies of food safety incidents;provinces in the eastern coastal areas of China,such as Guangdong Province,Beijing,Jiangsu province,are the main areas of food safety incidents. Finally,we put forward some policy recommendations.
