基于可观察到的文献,本文对中国食品安全事件现有研究进行了综述。从狭义和广义的角度分别界定了食品安全事件的定义,比较了已有研究中食品安全事件的数据来源和获取方法,分析了我国食品安全事件中食品种类、供应链环节、事件本质原因的划分和分类评估结果。进一步从食品安全事件所涉及的技术标准、法律法规和舆论引导方面分析如何治理安全事件所反映的食品安全风险,以及媒体自身的改进之处,并从消费者、企业、行业和进出口等角度综述食品安全事件产生的影响。
<<Based on observable literature,existing studies of Chinese food safety incidents were reviewed. From broader and narrow perspective,food safety incidents were defined respectively. Data sources and acquisition method of food safety incidents in different studies were compared. Food species,main link of supply chain and the nature of food safety incidents were analyzed. Furthermore,from the technical standards,regulatory and Public opinion guidance,the method of governance in food safety risk which reflected by food safety incidents were discussed,as well as the improvements of media themselves. At last,influences of food safety incidents were reviewed from the perspectives of consumers,Enterprises,industry and international trade.
