Disaster can be seen as connected with pre-disaster status. There exist high correlated relationship between Socio-demographic characteristics and disaster risk and loss. This paper focuses on people’s vulnerability to disaster from the perspective of socio-demographic. To deeply review various literatures，theory of disaster cycle was used as an analysis dimension. Last but most important finding is that high vulnerability-low preparedness-high loss-low recovery can be seen as cycle of people’s vulnerability to disaster.
