The models of the government releasing information appear quite difference after a crisis happened. Some of them are slow-release models，and some are quick-release models. Crisis release models affect the public perception on crises. The government should avoid the negative effect on the public due to the incorrect information release models while the crisis information is released timely and correctly. It is very necessary to build an integrated crisis information model based on the public need，which can significantly improve the effect and efficiency of the crisis release.
