In recent years，China’s food safety incidents frequently，food safety problem has been widespread concern in society，triggered a unique food safety internet public sentiment. Correct and reasonable food safety internet public sentiment monitoring and early warning and guidance control will contribute to food safety issues early detection and early disposal. This article analyze the research content and the lack of existing literature of food safety internet public sentiment on the basis of the literature review. Then，combined with the characteristics of food safety internet public sentiment，propose the main content of the further research of food safety internet public sentiment，and provide direction for further research.
