本文以中国江苏省无锡市110位消费者为样本,采用真实选择实验的方法,借助随机参数与潜在类别模型研究了消费者对可追溯猪肉属性及层次的偏好。结果发现,消费者对可追溯信息真实性的政府认证属性的支付意愿最高,对原产地属性的支付意愿高于无认证情况下对可追溯信息属性的支付意愿,且追溯到屠宰加工环节的可追溯信息属性与本地产属性之间存在替代关系,与外地产属性之间存在互补关系。因此,尽管消费者群体之间存在异质性,但不同类别的消费者对可追溯猪肉的本地产属性均具有一定的支付意愿。故在中国可追溯食品市场建设初期,在可追溯食品属性体系中设置原产地属性具有积极的意义。
<<In this study,110 consumers in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province,China were surveyed for their preferences for attributes and attribute levels of traceable pork in a real choice experiment using random parameters logit and latent class models. Results revealed that consumers had the highest willingness to pay for government certification of traceability information authenticity. Consumers also had a higher WTP for origin labeling compared with uncertified traceability information. Moreover,traceability to slaughter and processing is alternative to local farming labeling and complementary to non-local farming labeling. Hence,despite the heterogeneity among consumer groups,all classes of consumers had a certain WTP for the local farming labeling attribute of traceable pork. Therefore,it is beneficial to include origin labeling in the traceable food attribute systems during the initial construction of traceable food markets in China.
