Based on the survey data of 520 vegetable farmers in Shandong Province，we adopted Sustainable Livelihoods framework and took entropy method as tool to divide vegetable farmers into deficient type，normal type and abundant type. We took vegetable farmers types as moderator variables，applied the relational contract theory to build analysis framework and took multiple group structural equation model as analysis tool to study the influencing factors of the heterogeneity vegetable farmers pest control technology outsourcing performance. The results proved that trust，communication and flexibility had different influences on the outsourcing performance in significance and degree when the vegetable farmers types were different. When the government established outsourcing promotion policy，they should fully take the heterogeneity farmers’ practical needs into account.
