Hospice care is not only required，but also essential in the area of medical social work.As a whole new field in Chinese social work，pediatric palliative care has come into sights in recent years.This paper is a palliative case work with children suffered with leukemia.Using case study to discover the need，service supply model as well as the resource required during this process，the author summarizes service model，professional role and ethical issues stressed in pediatric palliative care.Whist the findings，along with practicing introspection，the author propound a suggestion in following aspects as practice techniques，linked resources，social work roles and ethics applying during practice.
