中国企业雇员志愿服务具有相对较高的参与率、很高的志愿者流失率、很低的志愿服务频率、很短的志愿服务时长等特点。企业雇员志愿服务较高的参与率与政府大规模的行政动员有关;企业雇员志愿服务的高流失率、低服务频率、短服务时长等特点则与非营利组织缺位有关。中国企业雇员志愿服务表现出来的特点主要是由于“低福利体制下的依附发展模式”下非营利组织缺位而形成的。
<<Voluntary service of Chinese enterprise employees shows the following characteristics:a relatively high participation rate,a fairly high loss rate of volunteers,a quite low frequency and very short duration of voluntary service. The high participation rate has a lot to do with the government’s large-scale administrative mobilization;the latter three characteristics,i.e.,the high loss rate of volunteers,low service frequency,and short service duration are caused by the absence of NPOs. In brief,the above characteristics of voluntary service by Chinese enterprise employees are mainly attributable to the absence of NPOs in the affiliated development mode under the low-welfare system.
